Call Center Workstation (2D)

This unit has been designed specifically for call-center agents and for presenters. This dedicated system has been designed for use by one single person – in a remote location – to appear in front of a single person or in front of an audience. Typically suitable for applications such as Virtual Receptionists, POI Desks and also for teachers, coaches, psychiatrists, experts, etc… The reason why this unit has been designed, is because with ‘standard’ systems the image of the presenter is distorted by being too close to the camera. However, with the correct distance the presenter appears normal. For a correct perspective the presenter should be minimum about 2,5 meter from the camera. Needless to say that this set-up requires the necessary floor space. With this system, deploying extra reflecting technologies, the speaker will optically be placed ‘further away from the camera’ even though he/she is sitting very close to the unit. As a result, the workstation is space efficient while providing a good working space with computer and keyboard. The unit can be used stand-alone but has also been designed to be placed in ‘call center clusters’ for effective floor-space utilization. The required footprint of this unit is less than 3 square meters. The display is full HD 42”.
