The Desk
This kiosk has been specially designed to allow users to be assisted remotely, just as they would be in a real-life face-to-face interaction, where both parties would be sitting at the same table or desk. However, fully self-service operation, even without AI support, is also perfectly possible.
Dimensions
The dimensions have been intentionally kept very limited so that the setup can be used almost anywhere

The ‘Desk’ comes as standard with: a 32” touchscreen, HD camera, microphone, speaker, document camera, printer and eID reader. The kiosk configuration is customized, and the kiosk can be expanded to include other peripherals that may be required for the application, such as a QR scanner, passport scanner, badge printer or badge dispenser, ticketing printer, etc.

This unit is made from robust, low-maintenance powder-coated steel. The colours are RAL9003 and RAL9005, but any standard RAL colours can be used. The unit can also be fitted with a logo or other markings to fully align with your corporate identity and branding. For use in public locations, we recommend securing the column to the floor.
