The visitor receives all the details regarding the visit, including a pre-registration code

The visitor is welcomed by a smart reception kiosk with your company branding. The visitor registers using the pre-registration code received at time of invitation or signs in on the screen.

Guided check-in

The system guides the visitor through registration, identification and visit information, very easily and intuitively. The visitor does not even have tot hink. A badge can be isssued or printed.

Intelligent assistance

AI or a live receptionist helps visitors when personal support is required. It is up to you to decide which guests and under which circumstances, the guest is served by A.I. or by a human.

Host notification

The employees who invited the visitor, receive instant notifications (email and SMS) when their visitor arrives. They conform receipt of the notification in the e-mail. If they do not, another person is notified to ensure the Visitor is not left unattended.
